Lee Sharma

Chief Executive Officer

I am passionate about the development of enterprising minds. This is rooted in my previous experiences as a young person launching my first business. In three very challenging years, I built a specialist recruitment business right through to a successful exit. I then spent over ten years delivering enterprise curriculum and startup programmes across government and education achieving a PGCE and Masters in Enterprise Education along the way. I have a keen interest in technology and gadgets and how these can make our lives better.

Will Webberley

Chief Technology Officer

I love all aspects of the tech domain and this is reflected in my strong background in computer science and software engineering. Having achieved my undergrad degree & PhD at Cardiff University, and continued to work there as a lecturer and researcher, I understand that so many people have amazing and inspiring ideas, and that it's so important that they be allowed to be developed and iterated. It's fantastic to be part of the team that enables this to happen and to support collaboration in new entrepreneurs.

Josh Barnett

Community Manager

As Community Manager, I ensure that our users have the best possible experience with Simply Do Ideas. From a strong sporting, academic and performance background, I enjoy a challenge, problem solving and light-hearted competition. Since starting my own business from scratch with no funding and working on it part-time, I feel that I have a lot of common ground with new entrepreneurs. I have a particular interest in digital marketing and the way businesses interact with their customers.
